  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship to:

  • New Zealand

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside these regions.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, customs clearance in New Zealand).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package on the Australia Post website: auspost.com.au

5. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@lushstrands.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
  • For damaged items, please provide photographic evidence of the damage.
  • We will work with Australia Post to resolve any lost or delayed shipment issues.

7. Public Holidays & Delays

  • Orders placed during Australian public holidays may take longer to process.
  • Shipping delays caused by external factors (such as COVID-19 restrictions, carrier strikes, or extreme weather) are beyond our control.
